Different trade partners handle different parts of your remodel. Your Project Manager is your first contact for understanding how that work fits together, what is happening on site, and what comes next.

If you have a concern about workmanship or site safety, tell your Project Manager what you’ve noticed and where. Ask them to explain the next step and how the concern will be addressed.

Schedule changes come through your Project Manager. As soon as they know a delay or earlier completion will affect your project, they’ll let you know what has changed.
